Good to point out the risks of not completing the $10M SPP, but doesn't this all read like a bit of gook?
"Capital expenditure" for what? The facility was meant to already be fully funded through previous raises and the debt facility.
"Ramp up costs", assuming this is new extra/over OPEX for Mildura. How is it possible that this was not factored into the cash plan originally? They were going to build a facility and then NOT use it???
I think the company has done a poor job of telling us anything new or substantive in these investment seminars. Todays will probably be no different. After selling me on the collaboration with Emyria, they just end it without explanation, whilst Emyria runs off with a bigger player. They have now gone on and on about wanting to be first to register, but haven't given us their plan to do so.
It feels like the Tullamarine betrayal all over again. Major major decisions justified and sold to us, and then dropped with f*** all rationale.
