185 million shares isn't the end of the world.
The company need cash to drill and we should all know that.
Copper etc doesn't just show up !
I know the company had the cash last year and blew it I get that point
But I for one will take my share and a lot of others will do the same then the directors will not be left with much , and the possible new board can buy on market to improve there stake anyway if they really want .
