I can only participate to the tune of one or two thousand bucks. Can put, for example, $500 in each account or $1000 in just one account. I was attempting some humour by suggesting I would save two lots of brokerage if I split my application into two accounts.

It does raise a point of interest, however, regarding exactly how the scaleback will occur. For example will small amounts such as $500 or $1,000 be honoured in full whilst $5,000 is scaled back? Or will the same percentage scaleback apply regardless of the amount? Is this written anywhere? I haven't seen it, but then I am partially vision impaired and cannot see CRs coming even when right in front of my nose.
