You can only get $5k regardless of how many accounts you have.
"Eligible Shareholders who receive more than one Application Form under the SPP, for example, because
they hold Shares in more than one capacity, may apply on different Application Forms for Shares but may
not apply for Shares with an aggregate dollar amount exceeding $5,000."
