If everyone applies for the maximum number of shares it will likely get scaled back so who knows how many shares you will get.
After the new shares from the share purchse plan are recieved the price might drop back to close to 60c.
After the $15M institutional share placement the share price has performed very well. it is good to see that those who purchased these do not seem to be selling for a short term profit.
