Don’t hold me to this, but I like this strategy - I think Scott will close the SPP really quickly (within 1-2 days at the most) once he’s confident that shareholders have put in more than $5m but still under the $10m cap. This will ensure that if you apply straight away then you’ll get 100% of your application. Then he’ll fill the rest of the $10m with Cannacord and PAC. The only thing that could stuff this theory up is if we get > $10m come in on the first couple of days. But I think for the last SPP they got a bit under $4m on the first day for the initial $2m offering. So anyone getting in today or Monday at the latest could have a good chance of getting their full application IMO.

Canaccord and PAC are not taking up shortfalls for themselves but will place them on a best endeavours basis. Most likely placed with Sophs who would probably be keen if they didn't get their fill in the placement.

Best outcome is that SPP is fully subscribed though. All $10M.
