The decision to participate in a CR should be about whether you would still buy more shares, not about what the price will do afterwards.
The same reason as to why you bought shares in the first place.
A CR is naturally dilutive so if you don't participate your holding will be diluted, hence why they offer at a discount. Think about what happens when more money is printed by central banks. In this case more shares are being issued for (in this case) an acquisition. If things go to plan, the SP should go up over the longer term.
