Originally we were informed , “ to raise upto $3 million .”



Then it was changed to , “ more or less .”



What we know : the share price was lowered below the 19.3 , why - to discourage retail from participating .
What should we expect : The big end of town will scoop up the first $3 million or 15.5 million shares , then I would expect the “more” to come into play . Say 30 million shares or around $6 million worth .
