Seams like they do not want the SPP to be fully subscribed do they want a larger subscription for themselves?

My other thought here is about how they say management do not believe in the companies success.

One example Sean. He gets compensated with shares sell a portion to pay tax correct? Well if he felt the SP would be zero would he not sell all the shares and actually pocket the money ? They crew say his pay is huge but when the largest component is the shares and he has not converted it to Benjamin's then clearly he sees some future and not a zero SP like some make it out.
