Eligible shareholders can subscribe for up to $30,000 worth of fully paid ordinary shares at the Placement issue price of $0.30 per share, irrespective of the size of their shareholding, without incurring brokerage or transaction costs. Depending on applications received, the Company may, in its absolute discretion, undertake a scale back so that not more than $1 million is raised under the Plan. Scale back decisions are made by the Board and are final....
So sounds like CNB happy to keep timelines and prob get much more than 1mill offered by S/H then scale back everyone so why even go for $30k ....we might only end up with $3k each etc
Or thats how I see it ...
