Sorry i stand corrected! 5-day VWAP [Nov 14-20] must be at 1.84 to get SPP at 1.80 on 2% discount and be at par with the placement. There must be some logical reason to take SPP. And that is relative to the price to be discounted to get to whichever is lower than 1.80. GLTAH.
