Do they even need to make the plan "more enticing". If they were trying to raise money, then they may have to make it more enticing, however now that they have the $85 Million, the additional $5 Million seems irrelivent. It looks like it has been done to keep share holder happy, by providing them the oppurtunity to participate.

The big thing for mine, is that the investors were prepared to throw $85 Million at Sundance at 15c. This sets a strong base for mine, as they would have no doubt done their homework and would have considered SDL a good buy at 15c.
