done it before much bigger blue chip company. similar to this scenario. SPP was such a discount to the current price will be so over subscribed. applied for $30k and got around $900 worth. refund took weeks and I missed oppourtunities in other stocks.
they will keep this open till closing date and your requested shares will be allocated based on your current holding and how much you have applied for.
I.e people with more shares will get more of their entitlement. ( in this case peanuts) as said previous, Sayona have their money they got it quick this 5mil SPP is just to keep a few happy and not feel ripped off they won't over subscribe the SPP too many shares to issue. FZO who just raised $146m have done their retail SPP based on current holdings so existing holders are eligible for 5 shares for every 16. This way much better.
Next time this happens buy on market a few pip more.
