easy say you have 250,000 shares at .11 = $27,500 and you have held for longer then 12mths = sell say 150,000 = 16,500 (tax those profits if tax smart) then take up Offer C $20,000 181,818 with no cost brokerage or do what you want
You can normally buy on market at some stage cheaper than the SSP
I'll be selling some, buying back a few less in the SPP and buying more on market if cheaper at some stage in the future
