@evergreen ..... my thoughts post spp announcement ...... I guess $10m is middle ground , for all of us who applied we can hopefully keep dilution minimal. I am never going to say NO to 13c shares.......good to see such strong demand from investors , would have been interesting to do the SPP first , get the results and then go to institutional investors and say they can buy 20m at 14.5c or 15 c. we now have plenty of cash in the bank. CFO needs to keep a tight control on expenses and invest to maximise sales growth, automation capability to scale the uptake in the hospitals/clinics, expand CSM's and post sales support functions etc.... and if there is some cash left begin heart and renal journey ......but I am happy enough now for them just to focus on lymphoedema business and execute well over the next 12 months and build the capability to scale which they will need in 2024 and 2025. we need strong, transparent and constant communication from BOD/MGT on the use of these funds and the results/KPI's over the next 3,6,9 and 12 months . GLTAH .
