    Buying on market at $1.65 or buying via SPP at $1.70 - tough decision !! - where is the good news EOS or don't you care about the $5 Mil SPP ?

    The institutional placement was underwritten but I have not seen any mention of the SPP being underwritten yet BUT assume they will place any shortfall after close & any good news or SP appreciation, to some friendly.
