Keep in mind the last time Provaris offered a SPP, the SP dipped well below the SPP buy price making it more worthwhile to purchase shares at market with brokerage included.
I would be curious to know what the SP will do between now and the end of the month. Also, approaching the end of the financial year there would be a lot of shareholders sitting on losses at these prices that may wish to cash out for a CGT credit.
