    Just say a holder wanted to invest $1,500 in the SPP. Because the parcels are pre-determined he cannot. With the closest parcel being $999.97 he or she may choose this option and invest less rather than more than the initial amount they were expecting to, the next parcel being about $2,499 or something to that effect.
