Anyone else think it is a bit cheeky to repeatedly state the spp would raise $2 million and then take oversubscriptions up to $7.45.million?

I am not that surprised as the wording never said they would definitely cap it, but it nevertheless erks me that they kept saying 2 million and scale backs which encourages people to sign on and bid for a lot thinking they might only get a third of what they subscribe for. Fearing this outcome I didn't subscribe for any in the end- but that was partly because i think the market is frothy at this level.
On the upside I guess we are well funded now.

I just hope WCL have some news to unveil pretty soon (and not more moves like this up their sleeve).
What do others think?
