I am sorry have try to understand this for a while now lololo, but still no success.
Please can anyone explain.
The 2 for 1 options are free options?
Is my understanding that they will trade at a different price that IVZ share price..
So when IVZ sp will reach 20c, these options are exercisable....Meaning?
they can be exercised for free and sold at a lower price than current 20c?
Or they can be exercised by, buying them at 20c (IVZ share price could be at 40c for example) and sold to profit the difference?
I read some posters talking about free options.....I suppose my simple question is, are they really for free or one as to pay the 20c, to exercise the right to sell them obviously at higher price? Thanks
