There are listed and unlisted options. The options offered under the SPP are unlisted and consequently aren’t tradeable on the asx. See below regarding quotation. They can be transferred with permission of the company only.

Details about how to exercise them are in the SPP prospectus and you need to request a form from the company and send them 20c for each option you exercise. The prospectus was on an announcement a few weeks ago.

An example of a “Listed Option” quoted on the asx would be IVZO. These are actively tradeable like any other share.

Each capital raise,IPO or SPP will tell you if the company seeks to quote the oppies (list them) or not.
