All the big 3 have good tools. What's important is managing the tool maintenance and getting well maintained tools to the wellsite. I've plenty of experience working Africa and the best service was always with SLB. Some pre drill QA/QC of tools is a must, who ever supplies the tools. Cheap insurance IMO.
