In recent release or video (can't recall specifics) I recall SM mentioning that they may not have to resort to SBM and will tweak the existing water based mud system. I assume this would have been based on information from sidewall cores.
Agreed....I too look forward to some details on what they think was going on with the time dependent hole deterioration.
