Simon, as I understand QQ wanted to power play for a better deal. AGY were not the ones who extended Due Diligence twice on account of "document translations" etc... that fact alone should suffice. As AGY decided to self fund the stage 2 progression QQ decided to go on the attack with the cancelation of offtakes.

Also note that technically the JV agreement still stands as far as I am aware - management have not annouced its cancellation, although admittedly it will go absolutely nowhere due to the soured relationship.
