To be clear, if you get a full allocation of A$30k, you will get 176k shares and 88k options @ 28c. Based on a Black Scholes valuation, those options have a "fair value" of $1,294 today. So perhaps some incentive to trade out and buy back in - assuming you can get the allocation you want of course.
