Well I am not doing it as I pointed out, it is fraught with risk of the SPP being oversubscribed and everyone's order being scaled back. I have never heard of a company doing what you claim and am surprised it is not stated in the Prospectus. They need just state as a requirement that holders must hold until after the SPP is complete rather than just at the date in early April as it does. Seem to be inviting legal pushback as not treating all holders equally to the terms of the Prospectus..
