Yeah I see that now. But it doesn't mean that Sophs who didn’t hold on the 5th but did participate in the CR get another crack.
The TMD covers both the options that will be issued under the SPP, as well as options issued in the earlier placement for shares that are still subject to shareholder approval. And the Prospectus also details this.
