I must admit to some concerns about management's attention to detail when it comes to the service providers they sign on. If you keep re-engaging the same people who keep producing less than satisfactory performance then what does that say about you? Especially if you are being rewarded with Performance shares.

But......... are Link handling the issuance of the Acceptance form? I don't know and, at my age, I no longer want to waste time holding onto a phone waiting for some poor person on the end to come back and essentially tell me that they have no information.

Never mind Jak, this too will pass, and with your substantial holdings you will soon be sitting on a huge pile of loot.
