    If you were to consider a buy out, it would be in a few years once they have multiple of their own sites online and it would be multiples of the current SP. You'd be looking more at $0.80-$1 for a buy out offer in say 2025. Management own 50% of shares, why would they sell it for anything less, especially if it's profitable again.
