"The amount the Company is seeking to raise from the SPP is up to $5 million (Target Amount). The amount raised from the SPP is at the Company’s discretion (subject to the maximum permitted under the ASX Listing Rules). If the Company receives applications in excess of the Target Amount, the Directors reserve the right to accept applications for amounts in excess of the Target Amount, or scale back the applications in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SPP."
