"The amount the Company is seeking to raise from the SPP is up to $5 million" a few key words there conveniently ignored by some
...my understanding is that the company wanted to offer the same opportunity given to those who participated in the $6M placement....case of damned if you do and damned if you don't...how would it have looked if the directors participated at 30c and not given shareholders the same opportunity???...
