In other words, $2.24 million short of what was aimed for because of how bungled the share placement process was.
Many here were defiant when I said that the SPP would NOT be filled due to the collapsed share price following on from the announcment that WP failed in his promise that AHZ would not need another dilutionary capital raise. Many here thought that a failed promise by the CEO was inconsequential.
This will equate to another CR happening $2.24 million sooner than it would have if they handled this correctly.
This is why I was arguing that it was absolutely important to support the share price. A few hundred thousand dollars put on the market by a few whales would've helped prop the price at or above 30c becuase it ultimately came down to a binary outcome: < 30c = SPP fail and millions not banked, > 30c = SPP success.
