i look at sh value metric as main point of accountability for ceo remumneration- considering nearly all these stocks you huglighted maintained their share price or increased by few % YOY can live, ahz declined 15% in same time. if sp soared no problem with high salary or better still share payouts management appear not to having appeptite for . as always someone on HC will rationalize high salary on poorly performing sp
