It appears the company is attempting to reward shareholders with greater holdings, however, it has somewhat failed to do this by agreeing to issue to any and all who requested 5k amount. The rest of the announcement doesn’t even explain it well enough to work out what proportion shareholders who asked for over $5000 will even get. What the???
