i'd be confident that you will get $15k if you applied for $30k worth, potentially more if they try and reward holders who dont have piddly 100 shares or so

they said that 55% particpants applied for $5k or less, i presume there would be a number of ppl who applied for $1k and $3k share parcels although not many but it will mean the average of those 55% of people is less than $5k

rough maths but say 300 ppl applied, 165 ppl (55%) applied for $5k or less

say the average of those ppl's applications under $5k was $4k then you have 165 x 4k = $660k

say average of the 135 ppl's applications >$5k was about $27k (presume most applied for $30k) and presume they all get scaled by 50%.

then you have 135 x $13.5k = $1,822k

total funds is then $1,822k + $660k = $2,482k

not perfect but i am thinking along those lines
