I think the BODs at EDE would be very pleased with the result of the SPP. A mere $750K shortfall is really not that significant when you have $4.2M in the bank, a backstop facility of $7.2M and possibly more favourable terms via the US Federal Reserve Main Street Lending Program. This will IMO provide greater financial flexibility to perhaps repay some of their existing loans with less favourable terms.
