should APAS sell like you suggest I will shout you a beer and say well done. maybe you can shed some light when this might occur?

the problem I see is that BC signed a marketing agreement and not a distribution agreement with APAS. is this a sign they dont completely trust APAS?

I will also revoke my BB is a clown comment.
