    IMO the Directors of NZS erred in the pricing of the SFF.
    Had the SFF been set at a fixed price, many shareholders would have applied through the SPP rather than buying at a higher price on market.
    Those who applied through the SPP benefited NZS directly as the money went directly to NZS.
