I wonder how they've allocated and prioritised? Amount already held? Length of time held? How soon SPP applied for? I applied for $5,000 worth; got 1314/$1904 worth; looks like from some of the reports above that it was not a straight scaleback. Oh well, money coming back to buy more of them or something else on the open market...
