I think I see a pattern in the scale-back.

My woman applied for $30k; I applied for $5k.

We both received ~1314 shares.

Although we applied for vastly different amounts, the common factor in our applications was that we applied only about 1 day before the SPP closed.

From this I deduce that:

- a proportional scale-back was applied in the early period before the 18/10/21 announcement 'Share Purchase Plan to close early'; and

- a flat scale-back (to 1314 shares) was applied to those who held off until after the 18/10/21 announcement 'Share Purchase Plan to close early'.

Note, however, that I may be wrong. (I was wrong once before . . . allegedly.)
