I checked my Investorcentre account and it suggests that I will get a refund via cheque. Even though I paid via Bpay and Computershare have both my broker account details and bank account details, they will mail me a cheque. What am I supposed to do with that? My main banks are all digital, so I can't just walk in to a branch and get cash.

Overall, it's an extremely amateur and dissapointing credit raise. I was not only scaled back heavily, now I have to wait a month to get my funds back and I may also have to go to post office to run after the money I could have used for other investments. Shame on you Archer!
