i don't think anyone early should be prioritised. it was clearly stated how long the period goes and that it might close early.
from what i can see here and in my account it looks like they cut back depending on existing holdings? this i think is the fairest way to go. i'm a small holder and only received a small amount despite asking for 20k. it wouldn't be fair if i get the sam amount a bigger holder gets asking for the same.
