Yes they had the ability to take oversubscriptions and I thought they would. Dont see why they wouldnt take an extra 12.5M, its not a lot of money in the overall raising, I'm sure they could put it to good use, and it would have made retail holders happy. Anyway it wont take away from me being positive about the company and its management.
I think the scale back factors in a few different things, FWIW
My SMSF applied for 7K got 50% (have been a holder here for 3 years and held 35K of shares pre SPP)
My Family Trust applied for 20K got 25% (have been a holder here for about 2 years and held 20K shares pre SPP)
