Yeah I'm surprised to see any participation. I get the principle behind money spent on spp adds money to the company whereas buying already issued shares doesnt. But it's not up to retail to pay a premium so the company has cash.
whoever advised the company to do a spp in the first place should be shown the door, should have just got an extra million from sophs and saved a month of dickin about for the sake of 200k.
