I read that the free attaching options (1: 2 new shares) are exercisable at 8 cents so if you were keen they are already in the money now or you have 12 months to exercise them.

TEG recently sold some GAS shares so may buy back in at a cheaper price to restore its position
RC may buy as well so can keep his nose in the trough for longer

Finally, IMO the "other refinancing transaction" referred to in the announcement maybe that once GAS has more than doubled the SOI it will then do a consolidation at say 10-1 and artificially increase the SP and the BOD will appear to be doing a "good job"
