IMO only ,This has NVX written all over it
The director are taking up 32m shares at 5 cents which they are doubling down plus options, good move for them and others
Looking back at the CR over the past 4 years and don't quote me on the accurate numbers
Private and instos paid 75cents ,55c,28c and 15c ,IMO do you think these large investors would allow the board to fk them over without any rewards ,
I believe this is a gift to double down on your holdings for minimal outlay
