    "Glad I didn't support the company I invested in so that I could say that I was right on the internet." Bizarre attitude by you. Is it because they loaned Byron some money in the distant past? Your hatred for that company despite not owning any shares was incomprehensible.

    They have some flexibility as only the up to $1.3m has been incurred at this point. Sure, it'd be much better to not be in this position, but I'm sure they'll work something out.
