In my previ0us post, I wrote Joint Venture (singular), and then wrote about partnerships (plural). I should have written Joint Ventures, because that makes more sense. WAK and STANCO could create a JV that processed a precursor product to make feedstock products for the glass sector in chosen geographies, and in concept there could be more than one such JV to cover disparate geographies.

The same concept can be applied to other sectors, starting with the ceramics and paper sectors, and similarly for other sectors, if viable, and that does not preclude a paper-linked JV covering sectors like ink, dye, paint and sealants. In a sense, this process has already started with a paper partner and a ceramic partner, both in China. I like the idea of the Australian end of the business to focus on precursors.
