Not sure that those saying the discount was not good enough is the reason of the poor uptake.
The price was south of the SPP the whole time.
also the sophisticated buyer was happy to put 22 million in at 19.3 and be limited to only selling one year from now.
All this shows is retail are out of money not willing to put more in to the company. It was never going to fill IMO
