    We retail shareholders have been kicked in the teeth by TOX. Insto's get 90% of the CR in an arranged deal and we get the crumbs. Hence, SPP offer was 4.5x oversubscribed. Why not offer us first crack with underwriter picking up any shortfall. Fact it was soheavily sought combined with companies decision to not increase # of shares on issue when money (ours) already in their bank indicates confidence going fwd. But...
